Scripcorp LLC (the “Company”), and the “BetterWorldRx®” mobile application(s), corresponding website(s), content, products, and services (collectively, and as further defined herein, the “Services”), along with any Internet domain variations directed to the application or website (the “Site”), hereby disclose the following Privacy Policy statement (the “Policy”), which applies to the Services only, in terms of data collection and usage, to inform users of the Company’s policy regarding the collection, storage, retention, distribution, and/or use of information, including, but not limited to, highly sensitive personal information obtained through the Services and/or the Site. By visiting and/or using the Services for any purpose, you give your consent to the information collection and distribution practices described herein below.
All material information contained herein or transmitted to or from same, is provided as a courtesy to all users of the Services, including visitors, customers, affiliates, and/or subscribers, whether their visit is intentional or unintentional. Except for such immediate communications, content, information, and/or products or access thereto received as part of your initial use of the Services, in any and every capacity, the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you will have the opportunity to opt-out of future communication from the Company or any third party with whom the Company may share, sell, and/or disclose information, and the Company will make reasonable best efforts to ensure that you will be provided with “opt-out” instructions associated with any such communication.

Except as may be required as part of your voluntary use of such prescription savings as may be offered through the Services from time to time, the Company will not request that you provide your personal information, such as your name, physical or mailing address, or email address; however, certain information about the hardware and software of the computer and/or mobile device used to access the Services may be collected and used as described below herein.
Collected information about your hardware and software collected by the Company may include, by way of example and not limitation: your device Operating System (“OS”), your internet protocol (“IP”) address, device type, domain names, access times, download requests, and referring website addresses. This information is used by the Company to help provide the Services to its users, customers, and visitors and to collect general statistics regarding the use of the Services. The Company collects and uses this personal information to deliver products and services requested through any interaction with the Services. This Policy is being disclosed for the purpose of helping you to decide whether or not to access, view, or, in any way, interact with the Services. Bulletin Boards and Public Forums
Any visitor to an application or website that provides bulletin boards or other public forums, including, but not limited to, chat rooms, blogs, feedback channels, social media, and/or other websites, does so at their own risk. You must not assume that the Company or the Services monitor these third-party products or services, assumes any liability for, or otherwise protects you in any manner whatsoever from or with regard to information you post publicly or share with anyone else via the Services.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT OF 2003 – “OPPA”)
It is the intent of the Policy to comply with the OPPA. Various provisions throughout this Policy address requirements of the OPPA. In summary, users of the Services must presume and accept that personal information, including, but not limited to, that listed, described, or referenced anywhere in this Policy, will be collected, retained, and distributed. To, at least some degree, said collected information will be personally identifiable. Under the terms of any purchase agreement and/or the Terms of Use and License Agreement posted herewith, and incorporated by reference herein, you have no right to view or receive any information, in whole or in part, collected or retained by the Company. In the event that the Services, under advice of counsel, agrees to disclose any collected information, the party requesting such disclosure shall be required to submit such information as may be deemed necessary by the Company in order to ensure disclosure of such information in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. Other provisions of the OPPA may exempt the Company from complying with any such request, and any decision to disclose information collected, in whole or in part, is done so at the Company’s sole election, in accord with applicable laws. While the Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the privacy of its transmissions of information to authorized third parties, the Company does not warrant that outside parties will not or cannot gain unauthorized access to your information. As a standard practice, merchant service providers do not allow the Company access to any financial transaction information such as a credit card, debit card, or alternate method of payment.
System Security
The Company has taken reasonable steps and has employed industry-standard practices and technology to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of personally identifiable information while in transmission, but. because even the most secure mobile device and/or computer system may be violated, the Company can, in no wise, guarantee the security of the relevant systems, information, or transmission processes.
